Dean Janes founded the Company as Imaging Services, Inc. on October 29, 1993. In order to better position the Company for its future direction -- away from service and towards providing proprietary medical imaging products -- the Company changed its name from Imaging Services, Inc. to Imaging3, Inc. on August 20, 2002. Imaging3, Inc. is the largest remanufacturer of c-arms in the world.
